The space can be set up with up to 24 round tables or 12 rectangular tables depending on your event format. It's the kind of space that has hosted decades of weddings, retirement parties, birthdays, and holiday gatherings for the Clay community — and we'd be honored to host yours.
On-site ice machine ready for use throughout your event — no need to source or transport ice separately.
Commercial coffee maker available — perfect for receptions, morning events, or after-dinner service.
Kitchen stove and oven available for warming food. Bring your own caterer or warm your own prepared dishes.

Rental is $750/day with a $250 refundable cleaning deposit — net cost of $500 per day once the deposit is returned.
